Getting in and out of the property was easy and secure, and the location is good. The room itself was small, the bathroom tiny, and I couldn’t close the shower door because the cubicle was so cramped. Water pressure in the shower was practically nonexistent. The photos don’t really reflect what the rooms look like.

The neighborhood is intriguing, with many “private hotels” on the same street. The room was spacious and decent, the bed comfortable, and the shower worked well. The artwork and décor really appealed to us and added to our stay. However, there’s no lift and a lot of stairs, which we should have checked since my wife struggles with stairs due to a fused ankle. The photos probably paint the “private hotel” in a more flattering light; it’s really just a large converted house, and the whole place has a slightly musty, tired smell.

The room was gorgeous. Nothing to complain about.

The hotel is close to the train station, clean, and quiet.

Location was fabulous, the property was clean and perfect place to stay when heading out and about into Blackpool and needing somewhere to sleep. Nothing to dislike, was a basic room for the right price
