“Awful”

The rooms were filthy, with stained beds and bedding. The cleaning could have been better.

I paid for a room that had no running water; the shower was dirty and the room smelled of cigarettes even though it was a non‑smoking room. The lack of water was so shocking that we had to leave without showering.

There were roaches in the room. In the bathroom the towel rack kept falling off and the floor was uneven. Under the beds there was a pile of trash, which I reported to the front desk. I also couldn’t get the shower to work. The front desk staff apologized but did nothing to help; I would never stay at a Motel Six again. I didn’t take pictures because the front desk said he knew the bathroom looked that way, yet he seemed indifferent.

“Always clean and quiet.”

The service was excellent, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The key locks were jammed, so someone had to manually unlock my room for me.

The staff were friendly and the location was convenient. The air conditioning didn’t cool properly, so it was hot at night.
