From the moment I arrived until I left, host Marko proved to be extremely kind, sincere, caring, and friendly. The location is outstanding, right on the edge of a huge forest with a trail to three lakes, isolated from traffic and noise. The offering includes carefully designed and crafted facilities on top of a nearby hill with an incredible view of the mountains and the plain around Žabljak. The breakfast was lavish and high quality. All the facilities are built with a lot of skill, spirit, and imagination… they exude creative humanity.

The house is gorgeous and perfectly positioned for hiking near lakes and mountains. Marko is an exceptional host—he takes care of everything to make you feel at home, arranges transport upon arrival and throughout the stay, is warm and responsive, and cooks fantastic breakfasts and hearty dinners. You can go there with your eyes closed; you’ll have a wonderful time! However, as Marko mentioned, it’s not a five‑star hotel, so a few tweaks could improve comfort: one shower was unusable during our stay, and because the house is wooden, we could hear neighbors talking. Still, the hiking fatigue helped us sleep well, and there were enough bathrooms so we didn’t have to wait.

It's very cozy place. You can feel there mountain soul. Marco is very nice, helpful and prepares tasty breakfasts 😊
