The staff were very helpful and always ready to assist. The view was great, the rooms were clean, service was good, and the location was convenient with easy access, so I’d recommend it. The room felt a bit dated and could use an upgrade; the old doors made a lot of noise when I slept, and the floor was bare, so it got cold at night even with the heater on.

The staff were lovely and very welcoming to me and my dog. The breakfast was varied and delicious. It’s a 10‑15 minute walk to the center of Menaggio, which is fine if you’re walking a dog. The rooms were basically furnished.
