Very comfortable rooms. High ceilings. Decent bathroom cosmetics. Clean. Great breakfast. Very pleasant staff speaking good English and Russian. Excellent price‑quality ratio. I really want to return to Yerevan and stay at this hotel again.

Fresh hotel, very spacious, clean and cozy room. Everything for comfortable stay – tea/coffee, slippers, silent fridge, many lighting options and good blackout curtains, card payment with MIR. We stayed in the “upgraded” room 304; the windows look out onto a busy avenue, and street noise isn’t perfectly isolated. The mattress is split into two halves, one higher than the other – sleeping is uncomfortable.

Cleanliness, the floor staff is very precise. The location is convenient if you rent a car or are good walkers. The metro is nearby. The gym is functional and works well. The breakfast has a poor selection and quantity. The dining staff are always on personal phones and don’t refill finished food. Breakfast needs a review.

It’s near to metro,. The area is mostly made up of car repair shops and car washes. The hotel charged an excessive amount for the broken glass—about 12 times its value. There were no paper napkins on the breakfast table, the breakfast options were limited, and there was no coffee machine. Some staff members were also unfriendly
