Nothing specific to say. Housekeeping had not been done; trash was not removed and was overflowing in the room. They didn’t change the bedspread or bath towels. They mentioned a cot is free for children under 2 years, but when we requested one they said it wasn’t available. I haven’t seen any other guests with kids. Any facilities that were listed as available, such as coffee, beverage, water, were not present.

Parking was available, but the room lacked toilet tissues, the booking instructions weren’t followed, the room wasn’t inspected for working amenities beforehand, the bathroom had old soap and soap covers on the window, and the AC remote batteries were missing.
