The spot is convenient and the staff are knowledgeable, so I’m already excited for my next trip. The shower curtain rod needed fixing and the tub drain was sluggish; I told the staff about it while I was there.

There was no soap, shampoo, or conditioner, and the brown chair looked awful and didn’t match the room’s color scheme. Breakfast was awful and uninteresting, and I couldn’t locate a workout area.
It’s close to Ball State. A smoke detector kept beeping all night, food smelled in the hallways all night, and when I checked in the toilet‑paper roll was half empty with no extra rolls in the bathroom.
The manager was extremely unpleasant. They advertised as pet‑friendly but apparently that’s not the case; they should clarify like the other places do. The front‑desk people were nice, but management was not.
