Except for the hotel’s décor, which has an older‑era vibe, the location is excellent (next to the park in the cosmopolitan Alsancak area, a few meters from the pedestrian street and shops), it was clean, had parking space, and the room rates were extremely low. I’ll return and recommend it. The only complaint: there should be power outlets next to the beds.

The place offers decent value for money and has a parking lot right in front, making it handy for a one‑night stay. However, the staff didn’t help much, the toilets were faulty, and the rooms look far older than the photos show.

The staff were friendly and the hotel sits close to a local hospital and shops. On the downside, the room was basic, there was no kettle, the bed was uncomfortable, Wi‑Fi was inconsistent, and the hotel didn’t serve any food.

I can’t think of anything I liked; it’s just an average hotel. It also lacks any facilities.
