I have to say, this hotel was a pleasant surprise. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the location was great. However, the noise from the street was a bit of a problem, and the breakfast could have been better.

The hotel's lobby coffee service was a nice touch, and the early check-in staff were super helpful. However, there were a few issues with the room - the kitchen sink's storage door wouldn't close properly, and we needed soap and a sponge in the kitchen. To make matters worse, we found bugs in the toilet, kitchen, and bathroom when we first entered the room. It would have been nice to have a trash can in the living area and two card keys.
