Anand Inn sits perfectly close to the Mahabodhi Temple and a bunch of great restaurants. It was nice to have hot water for the shower, but the bedding didn’t smell very fresh, which was a bit disappointing. Still, I can’t complain too much because the price was so low.

Clean, namaste budget‑friendly guest house near Mahabodhi Temple. The rooms were neat, the atmosphere peaceful, and the owner was very helpful. It’s a good location for pilgrims and families staying in Bodhgaya. Nothing to complain about; everything was good for a budget stay.

I didn’t get breakfast, the blanket was torn and too thin, and I didn’t even receive a cup of water. When I paid, they asked for an extra amount, even though the website said breakfast was included. Be aware that they’ll ask for extra money for facilities that are actually zero. I would rate this hotel 00000. The blanket smelled of urine, there was no hospitality, and I wasn’t given even one cup of water. You can only expect to sleep without a blanket; don’t expect more. Cleanliness was zero.
