The room was very clean, simple, and the bathroom modern. The value for money was great and the location quiet. I can recommend the place. The communication could be better; I didn’t know the key was in the mailbox until I arrived, and I was lucky that someone was there to help me. No other messages or updates were sent through any other channel.

Great value for the price.

The structure is very cute and clean, located in a small village—perfect for those with modest expectations and still a good base to travel around. Obviously you need a car to get there and move around because public transport is scarce. The only issue was a faint smell of food from the shared kitchen on the floor below, but it’s tolerable.

Very cozy, and the manager was very attentive even though we were Spanish, sending us a video on how to collect the keys and reach the room—really pleasant.

Maria Stella was extremely kind, giving us all the directions we needed for a smooth check‑in. We had an event at Forte S. Briccio and the accommodation was perfect as a base. The room was clean, tidy, and came with towels and a welcome kit—everything was just right. Nothing to complain about; we were very happy.
