I liked the location, the calm atmosphere, the nice design, and the good lighting. I disliked how the bathroom always smelled bad; the counter was unclean even after the staff cleaned the room. The electronic weight balance didn't work, and the reception staff could have been more professional and responsive, though they were kind.
