The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds – Disability Access provides accessible features throughout the space. Two large double beds accommodate up to two guests, and a private bathroom includes a shower. Air‑conditioning maintains a comfortable temperature, while a flat‑screen TV with cable channels offers entertainment.
The room was infested with roaches, the bed sheets were never cleaned, and otherwise there was nothing noteworthy.
The staff were very friendly, yet the sheets and blankets had a cigarette smell and were not clean.
“It’s obvious why the room was so cheap, next time I will probably go for a more expensive room rathe”
The room was awful: holes in the wall, the back of the bathroom door was ruined, tiles were cracked and missing pieces, the bed was broken, we were forced to share a single bed instead of two queens, the sheets and shower curtain were badly stained, there was only a quarter roll of toilet paper with no extras, the front desk was unreachable and locked at 8 AM so we had to use the adjacent Waffle House after the first night.
The price was good and the area was quiet, but the swimming pool was dirty, the first room was filthy and made me feel unsafe so I switched rooms, and the customer service was terrible.
