The hotel and restaurant are great, service is excellent, Lyka is always very friendly and resolves every issue instantly, and the food in the restaurant is great and very affordable.

The extra care taken with the bath towels was much appreciated, but there is constant outside noise.

The hotel is amazing, right in the middle of pubs and bars, just a short walk from the river, and the bar is inside the hotel. Nothing was wrong – it was great.
