From the moment we arrived until we left, the service was fantastic – I’d give it a thousand points if I could. The cabin had everything we needed, even an outdoor clothesline, and it made my first trip to San Rafael the best vacation I’ve ever had. The only downside was that the stay was far too short, lol.

The site is super well‑located; I could keep an eye on my 8‑year‑old from the cabin, whether we were by the pool or the BBQ area, and the cabins themselves were really comfy with a friendly staff that made me want to return. The only disappointment was that breakfast wasn’t included as the listing claimed, and the place is about a 15‑minute drive from downtown Rafael.

Marcelo’s service was top‑notch, which made the stay pleasant, but the water heater was tiny for a four‑person cabin and the mattresses were in rough shape.

The cabin was large and clean, the pool nice, and the spot quiet – the manager was attentive and the hot water worked well. Unfortunately, the overall upkeep left a lot to be desired: the facilities needed better maintenance, the bathroom was dim, there were no basic kitchen tools like a stove or cutlery, and the pool chairs were dirty.
