“I will never being checking in this place again.”
Nothing about this place was horrible. When I checked in, the staff gave me a contract to sign with my initials and warned me about other fees, and I had to provide a card for a deposit. I also had to enter my car plate number, which wasn’t even my name, so I let them know before completing the form. Once I entered the room, nothing seemed suspicious. I wasn’t familiar with the area, and I immediately felt uncomfortable when I noticed the room wasn’t clean and the appliances and furniture were damaged. There were no paper towels in the kitchen, and I had to clean the shower head myself before use. The bed was so uncomfortable that I slept with one eye open because I felt unsafe. I found roaches in the bathroom. It was late and I wasn’t sure what to do; I had a tracing event to attend the next morning. Since I couldn’t sleep, I packed my things and went back to the booking site to change my stay, but it wouldn’t let me, so I figured the Wi‑Fi wasn’t connected because the phone was really slow. I just booked another reservation at a different hotel and checked out the next morning. While waiting, I went into the breakfast lobby and saw only pieces of bread, cereal, and coffee. I reached out to the property for a refund, but they said they couldn’t because I paid with a third party. I told the gentleman that the hotel room was inappropriate for someone to stay. I also mentioned that the pictures on the website were outdated and didn’t show my room at all. I took a video of the place, but it will not let me share it on your site.
