I like the location, the hospitality of the staff, and the better quality of lifestyle, but the prices are too high; I stayed almost 12 hours and paid the full amount.

“Ghatiya management”

When we booked they did not tell us that the hotel was completely empty and that no staff were present; the reception guy named Shazam tricked us with a fake call that no room was available in PC Bourbon and charged us 35000 for a 2‑hour stay because we were exhausted from driving from Lahore; when we ordered food they served us frozen, smelly meat, and after realizing the property was empty we asked for a refund after only 2 hours, but they treated us poorly, the manager was clever, and they had not posted the room online yet; at check‑out they did not ask for a signature on a paper, and I suspect the manager was involved in scamming the hotel as well; we parked and left our bags in the trunk, two bell boys followed us and demanded extra money for food that we had already complained about, asking us to pay 5000 more; they had zero civic sense and it was the worst experience ever, showing no idea of hospitality and exploiting us while we were stuck there, forcing us to drive back to Islamabad for 5 hours; GHATIYA LOG.
