The rooms are spacious and clean, but the pools look nothing like the pictures, everything is rusted and poorly maintained; the beach and pools are across a very busy road that must be crossed, and the beach itself is not good or pleasant to be on.

The staff were extremely helpful.

The location and convenience were great, the staff were super friendly and helpful, but the largest swimming pool was closed during our stay.

Convenience, location and amenities are great, but the largest front pool was closed during our stay.

The old‑world charm was nice, but painters had shut the window slats, maintenance needs more attention to detail, and tiles are coming off the central pool in large numbers.
