Sleeper Wood Villa Unawatuna

We stayed three nights in the house and highly recommend it. It was clean, the air conditioning worked well, and there was an interesting outdoor bathroom surrounded by greenery. The garden around the house was well maintained, and the area was quiet and peaceful, away from the city’s noise. In the morning we could hear a rooster, but since we’re used to the countryside, it was fine. Every evening the owner came by, always asking if everything was okay, and helped us arrange a transfer to our next destination. We highly recommend it for a short stay—short mainly because the town itself turned out to be very noisy.

“Я хочу сюда вернуться!!!”

Very pleasant and smart host, attentive to details and ready to take care of you and even protect you. The nature and garden here are simply wonderful, breakfast is like paradise, and the shower is also great. Cleaned once a week, overall everything is clean and tidy. A very soulful and family‑like place; it’s obvious they care deeply, and if you know English it will be very interesting to chat with the host and his wife. I recommend this accommodation to everyone.

“not entire villa, but a shared one... totally wrong description!”

I didn’t stay here because, as the ad claims, it’s an “entire villa,” but that’s misleading—only one room is yours. The listing’s information is false; when I arrived I saw one or two other guests in separate rooms. They said it was a mistake that would be fixed next season, so I had to leave early. Why pay so much to share the kitchen, garden, and balcony with others? The room was tiny, with only a nice bathroom and no extra jokes. The fridge was full to the brim and the dining area was cluttered. Of course, that’s normal in a space shared by many, but please write a proper description and don’t waste people’s time.

The property is surrounded by lovely nature, the home has a very calming feel to it and is very clean. There is a kitchen and washing machine for clothes too. It’s a short distance to the beach and a 4 minute tuktuk to Unawatuna central. We really enjoyed our stay and the accommodation!

“Séjour mémorable”

The villa is superbly located near Unawatuna beach. The courtyard is filled with vegetation that inspires tranquility, with many bird songs and rest areas. The house is modern and beautiful, with all the necessary amenities to improve our stay; the rooms are large with very comfortable beds and pillows that are the best. The cleanliness of the place is A1. The owners devote themselves to keeping their courses and villa in a state that cannot be better. They are also attentive to our needs and help us a lot with great pleasure in our search for activities and our movements. They are a charming couple dedicated to doing everything possible to make our stay memorable. I highly recommend this superb villa for your stay in the area. We loved it ❤️❤️
