Everything was great—staff were friendly, polite, and extremely welcoming! I recommend it.

The team is pleasant, friendly, and helpful, always going the extra mile for guests, and I had a good experience; the cost‑benefit is worthwhile, especially because of the location near the metro. I’d stay again, but the facilities, cleanliness, bathroom, and shower need improvement.

The location is superb, right near the metro which makes city travel a breeze, and the 24‑hour reception always has someone on hand; the environment is clean and well organized. The shared social areas, especially the kitchen, are a bit cramped for everyone.

The place is local, but there’s a smell of a dirty spot—not because it’s unclean, but because the floor is poorly finished; also, there were two nights when it wasn’t quiet after 10 pm.
