The downtown location is a plus and the entertainment nearby was fun on Tuesday night, but the sketchy homeless people lurking around the parking lot were a bit disturbing, and the bathroom was disgusting with absolutely filthy tile.

The bed was comfortable and cool, a mini fridge was a nice touch, and the turntable with records added a charming low‑fi vibe, plus the town is easily accessible right across the river; the staff were very friendly and helpful, though the room smelled musty and the AC worked great so the smell might be in the carpet.

The location was fabulous and the staff were very nice, but the room was a little musty, there was no coffee machine, and charging 10.00 for water that appeared to be a gift was disappointing.

The location is great, the concept is cool, and the on‑property restaurant bar is fun; the staff were wonderful, yet staying in the “motel” part of the hotel was very loud with maid service and other guests, a sound that rarely bothered me elsewhere in the hotel.
