The property was very clean and centrally located, but the room lacked blackout curtains or blinds, so street lights kept me awake at night and the morning sun hit the room at 6 am; I asked the owner for help but he was unavailable to address the issue, so we had to buy eye masks to sleep.

I liked the location in the Spanish quarter, the air conditioning and self‑check‑in, but the place was unclean, cramped, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, and every noise was audible.

The property was just steps from the Toledo stop, modern and functional, but the TV, as other reviews note, didn’t work—just dead batteries—and the host didn’t respond.
I had a great stay; the spot is fantastic, practically a two‑minute walk from Via Toledo, so everything is reachable on foot and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby; the room was clean and tidy, perfect for a few days in Naples, and the staff were very courteous and helpful—overall a nice experience, especially the convenience of the location, so I recommend it!
