“Un’oasi di pace e comoditá”

Located where convenience meets practicality (easy and quick exit from the highway) and close to Sarzana and all the main attractions, it feels like a peaceful oasis of silence and serenity. The room I stayed in was spacious, very well organized, and extremely clean, with a large bathroom that has a window. The night was absolutely tranquil, and the mattress and pillows were higher quality than those at similar accommodations. The welcome was warm, informative, yet not intrusive. Breakfast is served with high‑quality products that meet guests’ wishes.

The room was beautiful, the bathroom was the same, everything was very clean. Francesca and Carmine greeted us wonderfully, the breakfast suited our taste, and Sarzana at night was fantastic with beautiful flower decorations and lights. We felt very comfortable and will think about returning another time. I liked everything.

“Un bel posto dove soggiornare”

The property is very cute and welcoming. The rooms are large, well‑furnished, and very clean. The bathrooms are large and have windows. What my group liked most was Carmine and Francesca’s hospitality—they’re two amazing people born to make welcoming their job. We felt like friends, even with other very nice guests.

“Soggiorno fantastico”

It’s a large house surrounded by a spacious garden and a stunning pool; just looking at it shows the love the owners put into it. The room is large, comfortable, and fully equipped, with a big bathroom. Breakfast is great. The real difference comes from Francesca and Carmine, who with great friendliness, cordiality, and availability make you feel like a prince. It was a fantastic stay!
