I didn’t just stay there; I never even got a room. I booked for 24 August 2026, and at 7:30 pm on 30 August 2026, the front desk told me the rooms were full. We had booked well in advance, confirmed at the branch, but at the last minute we couldn’t check in and lost our money due to the hotel’s negligence. The front desk staff didn’t even pick up the phone, just passed the blame, which was truly disappointing.
