““Poorly Maintained and Unhygienic””

The only thing I liked was the location: it was very easy to find and in the city centre, which made it convenient. The stay was very disappointing. The room was extremely small for two people, poorly maintained, and several items were broken, including the light and fan. The frame/canvas even fell on us during the night. The bathroom and toilet were dirty, hygiene was poor, and there were no basic amenities like an iron or proper hangers. One of our beds didn’t even have a duvet; just the cover. The receptionist was unhelpful and had a bad attitude.

Breakfast was good. It’s not far from the train station and public transport lines. Shops and restaurants are nearby. The establishment across the street was noisy at night until early the next morning, too much noise, impossible to sleep.

The staff were professional and friendly, but there was no air conditioning and basic equipment was missing.

The staff were friendly, yet we had to pay 20 euros to store each of our bikes, and the street stayed very noisy well after 2 am.

“開心住宿”

The room had a terrace where I could step out to dry my clothes and use the fridge, which was a lifesaver in the heat; the location was handy, just a few minutes’ walk from the train station, and Monica at the front desk was friendly—I even played her a song that shared her name. Most importantly, the owner was incredibly kind, making my stay genuinely enjoyable.
