“Thank for having us”
Riad was peaceful—just four rooms, and we had the whole place to ourselves. The staff were lovely and cooked a beautiful meal for us one evening. Breakfast was nice, and I liked the location because it was calmer than near the main square. The Riad arranged a taxi to and from the airport. The bed was a bit hard, there was a slight language barrier (but I’m in Morocco and don’t know Arabic, so no complaints—just some amusement!), and there was some road noise on the rooftop terrace, which the Riad obviously couldn’t control.
The décor is stylish, but you can’t drive in; it’s on a cul‑de‑sac that’s busy with drug dealers at night. The staff are smiling girls who whisper behind your back, and when we played their game we realized the place isn’t very clean. They even said the police come almost daily to check on residents, a rule that’s been ignored for years regardless of nationality or marital status. We stood outside the door for 40 minutes with no one to open it, then left after a short four‑hour stay. I don’t recommend it.
The staff were friendly and the breakfasts were great.
“Riad modesto en una ubicación aceptable.”
The location isn’t bad; it’s easy to walk to the sights. The rooms are very small, barely fitting two people with their luggage, and the beds are 135 cm long, so a bulky couple won’t be very comfortable.
The welcome was very warm. The property is in a great spot, away from the chaos of the Medina center yet still within a short walk of the main attractions. The room was clean. Breakfast was varied and plentiful with high‑quality products. The bed was quite uncomfortable and the bathroom was very narrow.
