The location is great and central, the rooms are very clean and pleasant, and the staff are polite and attentive; I appreciated having a fridge and a microwave in the room, although I never used the microwave. The breakfast, however, was disappointing because there were very few options; I expected cereals and fruit juice but none were offered, so I had to settle for omelette and toast every morning.

I was really impressed with the room's spaciousness, which made my stay super comfortable and relaxing. The bathroom was top-notch, clean, modern, and well-maintained. I loved the entertainment setup, with a soundbar and Netflix on the TV, making it feel like a home theater experience. The room also came with a kitchen, a proper closet, and plenty of storage space, making it perfect even for longer stays.

Downtown District Hotel is a gem in the heart of Naga City. The staff are incredibly friendly and courteous, making you feel right at home. We were blown away by the hotel's location, which puts you within walking distance to all the major attractions. Our stay was a breeze, and we'd definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
