The staff were amazing—very helpful and friendly—but the entire resort felt worn out, needed better upkeep, and the view from our balcony was dreadful.
Everything was perfect! The location is absolutely beautiful 😍 We were most impressed by the staff—their friendliness and willingness to help are something we have never experienced anywhere else! Everything was simply perfect 👌🏻 We will definitely come back again! ❤️
This is by far our best hotel in Thailand. The staff were hyper welcoming and attentive. In addition to the magnificent décor, many themed evenings were offered (dinners, entertainment, happy hour). The hotel provides buggy with driver to move around the property at any time for free. And a big thank you to Don and the whole staff.
