Nothing good to say. The location is disastrous, the noise level is so high that sleeping is impossible, the rooms are dirty and the bathrooms are a mess with mold and foul smells. We stayed five nights, but after the fourth day we left the hotel.

The staff are friendly, and director Sami was kind, helpful, understanding, and did his best to compensate us for the day we lost from our booking—I’m very grateful to him. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hot spring pool and the excellent warm outdoor pool are great, especially in winter. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is close to all attractions in Yalova and the hot spring in Tarmal.

The swimming pool and restaurant are nice, but it’s not kid‑friendly.

I liked the location, but the food was bad, some staff were unfriendly, the room was old, and the tub was dangerous and hard to get in and out of!
