“Luxurious Lodge with great facilities but improvement needed on Guest Experience”

I had an incredible experience at this luxurious establishment, where every detail was meticulously thought out to make me feel at home. The beautifully designed rooms and communal areas were truly exceptional, and the food was nothing short of incredible, with an impressive wine selection. The staff, particularly the host at the restaurant, who was from Zimbabwe, went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met.

I had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious lodge, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always eager to fulfill our requests. The food was superb, with high-quality dishes and impressive wine selection, all sourced from the farm. Although the colonial-style furniture was aesthetically pleasing, it was a bit uncomfortable to sit on, and the gravel paths outside made it difficult to escape the sound of passing cars.

I had an amazing time enjoying the sundowner with Dr. Charly - it was truly special! However, I was a bit disappointed that we missed out on stargazing during our stay due to the guide's absence.

“Super”

I was blown away by everything - the lodge, the staff, the activities - it was all top-notch. My only disappointment was that we didn't get to go on a private game drive, but overall, it was still an incredible experience.
