This was a great stay. You’re basically crashing in someone’s house and the owner gave us some good recommendations to try out. The breakfast is insane and has so much food. Although it’s next to the train, it’s pretty far from many of the usual tourist spots. However, the location is quiet and nice.

A hotel that feels like a converted home in a upscale residential area, with a spacious courtyard and even some squirrels. It’s perfect for a relaxed, laid‑back stay. The owner is very friendly and handed out sweets when I was sipping coffee outside. The only downside is that the station is almost a 15‑minute walk away.

The host was extremely friendly and gave us several tour tips for our short time in Bangkok. The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was excellent. The place is a bit remote; you have to walk about 10 minutes to the nearest BTS station, from which you can hop on the train to anywhere. In return, you get quiet evenings after a full day in the city.

The location is fairly convenient, yet it feels quiet in the middle of the bustle. The sound of water flowing and insects in the courtyard is especially soothing for sleep (I’d like to know what brand of bedding they use, it’s very comfortable 😌). Although the courtyard has changed a bit, it still feels like home. It’s a shame the owner wasn’t there, so I missed the delicious breakfast that other guests mentioned. I’ve already recommended it to friends, and if I get another chance to book it, it will be even more interesting. The drainage is slow; I suggest using a pipe cleaning service to restore it quickly, especially the washbasin and shower. The hot water in the shower is also unstable, probably due to the tap adjustment.
