I recently stayed at this hotel and had a decent experience overall. The hotel's proximity to the metro station was a major plus, making it incredibly convenient for me to get around the city. However, I was a bit disappointed with the staff's behavior, which seemed somewhat unfriendly and unhelpful at times. Additionally, the facilities inside my room were somewhat lacking, with a few amenities that I had expected to find not being available.

I would advise against booking this hotel as my experience was nothing short of disappointing. The rooms were not cleaned properly, and the overall atmosphere was not welcoming. The hotel failed to meet my expectations in multiple areas, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

I recently had a disappointing experience at one of your properties, where the behavior of a staff member, specifically Mr. Manish, fell short of my expectations. The unprofessional behavior I witnessed made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable during my stay. Although I was looking forward to a pleasant and comfortable experience, I was left with a sense of disappointment due to the issues I encountered.

“Average”

I recently had the chance to stay at this hotel, and while it didn't blow me away, it did provide a decent overall experience.
