I never liked the place at all. Every single thing was awful; I had never been to a spot like this before. Even just climbing the stairs toward the room, I could see the grime. When I opened the door, I almost died of disgust: dirty sheets, yellowed cushions, walls stained with blood, black towels, and a toilet that was unusable. Even with gloves and a mask, you can't survive a night there; the rooms were so damp you couldn't breathe. I usually stay in hostels and I’m not picky, but this was definitely the worst of my life. It was so repulsive that we decided to leave and lose the money. When we checked out, a rat crossed the reception. I don’t understand how places like this are allowed on booking platforms.

The room was filthy, sheets had black spots and nail‑polish‑like stains, and only one towel was provided, which was also very dirty. The jetspray leaked and was only patched with insulation. It was completely unacceptable. No one was at the reception, and there was no information about whether they were on break or what. We arrived at 6 pm, but by 8 pm the staff had already directed us to cancel. The cancellation was processed, but there was no response.

The wife was fine. The room smelled awful, the sheets had blood stains, and I just didn’t like it at all.

It was cheap. The room was dirty and had a bad odor. The bathroom wasn’t clean and the bedsheets had stains. I didn’t feel particularly safe either.
