Staff were friendly and accommodating. It wasn't very clean. Dust and hair on the floor, hair on the hairdryer, mould around the lids of the shower dispensers, a mark on the blanket on the bed. Just a blanket on the bed; one that just barely covered the bed so was a bit small for the two of us. There was no top sheet

We booked an “economy” room in the basement but were pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a better room—big thumbs up. The staff were friendly, and both our room and the toilet were spotlessly clean. All in all, a pleasant place to stay.

The location was good and the staff were attentive, but street noise was a problem and there was little or no soundproofing.

I found the hotel cute and almost eccentric in its look, and the staff were delightful and ever‑attentive. It’s tucked away on a hilly side street yet surrounded by activity, restaurants, and other attractions—quiet like Montmartre in Paris, but without the artists. It’s ideally positioned for the main mosque attractions. I got lost a few times trying to find my way back, so I suggested the manager print a large‑scale map (like from Google Maps) to make the exact location easier to find; the manager said he would take that on board.
