The staff’s service was very good, especially their recommendations for food, drinks, or desserts. The location is excellent—less than 5 minutes to the metro station—so you can visit whatever you like. Highly recommended! The only issue was the pillows; otherwise everything was super good.

The room’s location and convenience were great. The accommodation charged an extra fee of 3 euros per day for air‑conditioning use, which wasn’t specified in the listing description at the time of booking, where it stated all costs were included. A mirror could be added to the room.

The bed was super comfy, and Elena was very friendly, answering all my questions and gladly offering help. The kitchen was shared, stocked with a microwave, oven, toaster, a dryer, and a washing machine. The shower water was cold at first (but warmed up later), which was a plus on those hot days. It’s about a 20‑minute walk to the Colosseum, close to Carrefour and the metro. The room got really hot even in the evenings; the air‑conditioning cost 3€ per day, but we didn’t use it.

The shared kitchen was well equipped, the bathroom was clean, but you have to walk down the hallway, which we knew. The location is great—within 5 minutes of a metro or bus—but at night some odd people wander around this part of Rome. At 12 pm on our arrival day we still hadn’t received check‑in information and had to ask for it. After arriving, we entered the building to our floor and found the key box empty—no keys! We realized guests who arrived a few minutes before us had taken our keys and theirs, and if we hadn’t caught them we wouldn’t have been able to check in. The listing mentioned air‑conditioning, but we had to pay 3 € per day, a small fee we only discovered after booking.
