I didn’t actually stay there; my cancellation was taken without any communication or refund, not even a partial amount or a date shift.

The staff were very helpful, but the apartment lacked basic kitchen items like a kettle.

The location near the Most motorsport circuit is perfect, but on the day of departure the reception door was locked and there was no breakfast; a quick heads‑up from the hotel would have helped, and we had to hunt for someone to drop off the key.

Breakfast was good, the hot items stayed hot, coffee was good, the room was spacious and the bathroom was smart and large, staff were friendly, the road was busy but there were no noise problems. No issues, everything was fine.
