The location, clean room, very helpful staff, nice breakfast, and nice coffee bar were all positive. We had room 2 and even with the doors closed we still heard noise from the street, trash truck, etc.

The staff’s attention to guests was excellent, they were eager to help and warm. They should not have lost the suitcase.

A cama é super confortável, o chuveiro é muito bom e o quarto é extremamente espaçoso. Possui um terraço pra que a gente possa tomar café da manhã e fazer outras refeições por lá fica, super bem localizado perto do metrô e ao da lá Passeig de Gràcia. perto de restaurantes muito bem com conceituados e eles possuem uma staff muito maravilhosa, bem treinada e muito simpáticos pra atender em qualquer momento e qualquer hora, eles são muito solícitos! Café da manhã excelente, tudo fresquinho maravilhoso! Recomendo demais!

The location couldn't be better as it puts you in the heart of the Eixample a block from La Pedrera - Casa Milà nestled between Passeig de Gràcia and La Rambla. It's surrounded by excellent restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and unique architecture. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the common areas are charmingly decorated. The breakfast was good, but not quite as plentiful as I was expecting. They provided a selection of meats and cheeses, fruit, bread and rolls, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, juice, coffee, etc. I would have liked a bit more variety, but it was a solid continental breakfast
