The corridors smelled bad, the room was poorly equipped—no fridge, for example—walls were badly insulated, and everything was filthy from the floor up to the curtains.

The staff were friendly, the bedding was comfortable, and the value was good except for breakfast. I couldn’t open the window, the sound insulation was poor because of traffic, the window was badly sealed, and the electric charging spots were in a spot where people passed late at night. The bathroom was old and a bit dirty. Breakfast was decent, but the croissants were from the previous day.

Breakfast was very good, varied, and offered many choices, and the staff were pleasant. The room was very small, poorly insulated (you could hear the A86 nearby), and there was no hair dryer.
