The room was clean and the spot was reasonable, but it felt overpriced. Twenty people who arrived at 8 am on a cruise ship waited until 2 pm for rooms that were clearly ready hours earlier.

The bed quality was good, the cleanliness and daily housekeeping were excellent, the staff were kind, a washing machine was available on the top floor (free during our stay), and the location was fairly central. The TV was not a smart TV (no access to platforms or Chromecast, only channels), the shower door wasn’t watertight, and the bathroom quickly turned into a pool.

The location was great in the heart of Papeete, the room was nice and the staff were friendly, yet it was a bit pricey and the staff forgot to arrange the early‑morning taxi I had asked for to the airport.
