“Greatly disappointing”
I had no positives. The hotel cancelled my reservation right before arrival because the room I’d booked wasn’t actually available and they hadn’t updated their system. They tried to offer a cheaper room with shared facilities, which I found unacceptable. Being new to this platform, this isn’t a promising start. When I asked them to cancel the booking on their end, they ignored my request and didn’t even reply, so I’m left wondering if my card will be charged for a stay I never used.
