Nothing special. The spa wasn’t at the right temperature and couldn’t be made warm, which was annoying! Seeing the bubbles violently start the jets was unpleasant and proved the water quality was poor. It’s an outdated option because nobody can stay still at 20 degrees on a terrace. It’s a shame, and I don’t understand the lack of seriousness in their services.

The hotel sits right by the square, and despite being close to the centre, the room is sound‑proofed so almost no noise at night. The hostess was incredibly accommodating and helpful.

The location is ideal, just steps from the city centre. The room is quiet and the terrace is nice. The sofa bed is a bit uncomfortable.

The property was just 3‑5 minutes from the Fira Bus Station, the main Fira shopping area, restaurants, and several vehicle hire outlets, and it was close to a nightclub and 5‑10 minutes from stunning Santorini views. Breakfast had to be ordered the night before with a specific time slot. The breakfast and coffee were very nice, and the rooms had a kettle, fridge, and air conditioning. The bed was a bit firm for us, though others might like that. The staff were friendly and we had good communication via WhatsApp before arrival. The spa pool had a patio for relaxing at the end of the day, and extra towels were provided for the spa. The shower pressure was good and the room size was reasonable. The nightclub up the road was very loud until 5am on Sunday, and while the room’s soundproofing was decent, it was still noisy; we were lucky to have earplugs from a previous hotel stay. It wasn’t their fault about the nightclub, but maybe they could offer earplugs in the room just in case for unprepared travellers.
