The cleaning staff on the fifth floor, especially Jose, consistently kept our room immaculate, and the management should acknowledge his strong work ethic; however, we couldn't get a discount for dining at Cafetal on Camino Real.

Aamiainen oli hyvä ja tukeva, mutta olisi voinut tarjota enemmän kasviksia – lisää kasviksia aamiaiselle.

The hotel is close to the Westin Camino Real, allowing access to their pool and the El Cafetal restaurant for a fee; the room was very spacious and clean, and the drive to La Aurora International Airport takes 12 minutes when traffic is light.

The location is great, and the rooms are spacious and clean; no issues.

The beds and room were comfortable, the breakfast and service were excellent, and the hotel is ideal for city visits and near the airport (10‑15 minutes); note that there is no pool, but the Westin pool is available for an extra fee, and there is a gym. I had a problem at reception, but the manager handled it well, improving the experience.
