The property is simply fabulous with a stunning view of Assisi; sitting at breakfast and seeing the Sanctuary and the whole town is a unique emotion. My partner and I also had a room with the same view. Andrea is a unique person, dedicated to his work with passion, always friendly, welcoming, and ready to give advice and information on how to get around, what to visit, and where to eat, plus he’s an excellent cook. One evening he cooked an exceptional dinner for us. The breakfasts were rich and homemade (cakes, biscuits). I loved the fresh ricotta and the brioche. The room was comfortable and well cared for. The location is great with private parking; although not in Assisi, it’s a short walk to the parking areas, and Assisi is a walk away. We didn’t use the beautiful pool because the weather didn’t allow it, but we’ll return another season to enjoy the beauty of the surrounding area. Highly recommended.

A beautiful setting. Loving staff. Wonderful breakfast with a view of Assisi. We came by car, it’s quick to reach Assisi and there are many parking options. No complaints.
