It was a cozy little spot with pots, pans, and dishes ready to use, and the beds were comfortable; however, a cockroach perched on the fridge the last day was unsettling, and a broom or Swiffer would have helped clean the floor if staying longer—spraying and baiting the pests would also be beneficial.

The clean laundry facilities, pool area, pavilion, and fire pit area surpassed our expectations; there were sturdy lawn chairs around the pool and playground, rockers near the propane firepits, and a convenience store right next door with other necessities close by.

The two‑bedroom cottage was very nice and clean, and the price was reasonable.

The place was very quiet and located just north of town, and catching the free trolley to town was easy, with a stop right across from the RV resort.

We were right next to all the attractions we wanted in Gatlinburg, the place was spotless, and the staff were welcoming. My child was thrilled with the pool. The only downside was finding ants in the kitchen.
