“I will not be staying there again.”
I was told my security deposit would be returned, but it hasn't come back yet, and the sheets were stained. The customer service left me disappointed.

The spot is great, but the room was super noisy, had no furniture, and felt very empty; the lighting was blindingly bright.

The location was decent, yet the unit was filthy, and the lobby staff was extremely rude, refusing to give us a different room and insisting we pay for a change even though we had photos; on the last day, water started seeping up from the floorboards.

The staff were polite, but the place was very unclean.

There was no breakfast, only coffee available, and the staff were unhelpful and uncaring.
