The location was convenient and the front‑desk staff were very pleasant. The bed was comfortable and the room was tidy. However, the building clearly needs renovation: the carpet is old and stained, the bathrooms are outdated, and I couldn’t get the TV to work. Breakfast closed at 8:00, before most guests were awake, and there simply weren’t enough staff to man the desk and clean the rooms.

The beds were comfortable, but most doors had broken key‑card readers, outlets only worked when the lights were on, and there was black mold in the bathroom. The staff were difficult to understand, smoked everywhere—including in rooms—and the breakfast offered only cereal and waffles without any spoons. I was double‑charged for my stay, requested a refund, and after two weeks I still haven’t received it.
