The reception staff speak fluent English, which makes communication a lot easier; they’re very helpful and polite. The hotel is in a good location and very clean.

Very good hotel with great service. Highly recommended, especially for the kindness and good attention from Eyüp during my stay. I will definitely come back in the future.

According to my booking I was supposed to receive the best and largest room with an external view. Instead I was given a small attic room under very poor hygienic conditions. It was obviously a smoking room, and the odor was unbearable. The room smelled strongly of smoke and drainage and was overall in very bad condition, far from what I expected based on my booking. Also the breakfast was disappointing.

Everything matched. Price‑performance was super. Nothing to complain about.
