When I found a spider in the bed, the staff quickly refunded my money and said they'd mark the stay as a no‑show. The moment we opened the sheets, we saw a huge black jumping spider and other creepy things.

The staff were friendly and helpful, even lending us a flyswatter for the flies that swarmed our room while we were unloading our vehicle. The room was clean and the location was good, right next to the highway and A&W. The bed and pillow were hard, and breakfast was very basic—cereal, yogurt, muffin, and coffee, at least something.

A nice older spot in a charming little town. Having a fridge and microwave is always great, and there was a bonus Keurig with pods. The new bed pillows were so big and fluffy that getting comfortable was a challenge.
