The owners were very friendly and helpful; because of my walking difficulty they moved me to a ground‑floor room and assisted with the luggage. The room was spotless and had a tea and coffee making facility. The breakfast was amazing, and I loved that it was brought to the room. The Norwood’s location was exactly what we needed to enhance our visit to Torquay.
