The breakfast was a do‑it‑yourself affair, and when checking in I received a code for a key safe and a video to guide me to the room.

The room and bathroom were clean. We were spoiled with lovely fruit, yogurt, muesli, rusks and breakfast bars. The electric blankets really helped for the cold. The landlady gave us the remote for the aircon to heat the room. The room was very cold and the power was off due to flood damage. The electric blankets and aircon helped a lot when the power was back on. I suggest that they add a heater to the room. A bigger carpet under the bed covering the cold cement floor will help with the room being less chilly. Someone smoked and the smoke smell seemed to penetrate our room at times. We don't smoke so that was a bit irritating. The warm water in the wash basin takes ages to become warm, which causes a lot of water going to waste.
